The firm is owned by Mr. Slogan Matheus, a former senior Police Officer in the Namibian Police Force.

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Mr. Slogan Matheus

Mr. SLOGAN MATHEUS, is the owner of the firm. He is an admitted legal practitioner of the High of Namibia, and a certified Conciliator and Arbitrator appointed in terms of the Labour Act (Act 11 of 2007). He specializes in criminal law, administrative law, labour law, family law, commercial and corporate law, drafting of contracts and legal opinions. Further, Matheus served for a combined period of two (2) consecutive years as a Candidate Legal Practitioner and Legal Practitioner as an in-house legal expert on Labour law at Shikongo law chambers, Legal Practitioners, Windhoek Branch. Matheus further served for a period of 6 months as the Head of Litigation at the law firm Samuel & Company, Northern Branch, before opening his own law firm in Ongwediva, Oshana Region. Before commencing practicing law, Slogan Matheus served for 14 years as a senior Police Officer in the Namibian Police Force and has vast knowledge in the interpretation and enforcement of the law.

OUR LEGAL CANDIDATE

Ms. Elline Uusiku

Elline Uusiku is a candidate legal practitioner and hold a Bachelors Honours Degree (LLB) from the University of Namibia. Ms. Uusiku served a period of 2 years as a student intern at the office of the Prosecutor General, Oshakati Magistrate Court, wherein she assisted prosecutors in various court proceedings and administrative duties. Further, she has served 3 months as a legal intern at Mwandingi Attorneys, wherein she assisted the admitted legal practitioners with duties not limited to attending mediation hearings, court proceedings, consultation with clients and drafting of pleadings. Ms. Uusiku further served for a period of 4 months as a Candidate Legal Practitioner at the law firm Samuel & Company Legal Practitioners, wherein she dealt with various matters in the litigation department.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

Ms. Shimwoshili Nepaya

Ms. Shimwoshili Nepaya is our legal secretary/ office administrator, wherein she is in charge of various administrative duties.

Mrs. Asteria Vaino

Mrs. Asteria Vaino is our office messenger and she is in charge of messenger duties and banking of office monies.
